1. Eligibility
By using this Platform, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are using the platform for business purposes (B2B), not for personal or consumer use.

EHORA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
3. Products and Orders
EHORA lists GI-tagged handicraft products supplied by verified artisans and manufacturers.
Product images and descriptions are for reference; slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by EHORA and/or the supplier.
EHORA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion with appropriate notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement through approved payment gateways.
EHORA may change prices without notice; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
5. Drop shipping & Fulfilment
EHORA coordinates with artisans and shipping partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, location, and logistics.
EHORA is not responsible for delays beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping strikes).
6. Returns and Refunds
As a B2B platform, EHORA typically does not accept returns unless the product is:
Damaged in transit
Incorrectly shipped
Refunds will be processed after verification and are subject to EHORA’s discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logos, images, text, graphics) is owned or licensed by EHORA.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity or business
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload harmful content or viruses
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its data
9. Limitation of Liability
EHORA is not liable for:
