Due to the nature of our products and the effort artisans invest in each piece, we follow a strict replacement-only policy for transit damages, subject to verification.
1. Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements for products that are damaged during transit. To be eligible for a replacement:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide unboxing video evidence clearly showing:
The outer packaging
The opening process
The damaged item
Failure to provide the video may result in ineligibility for replacement.
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Wrong product ordered
Slight variations in color, texture, or design (as these are handcrafted items)
3. Verification Process
Once you submit the required evidence:
Our team will verify the claim within 3-5 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
If the product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue store credit valid for future purchases.

5. Shipping & Handling
Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer once the damage is verified.
Note: Since each product is handmade, minor variations are part of the charm and authenticity of Indian handicrafts and are not considered defects.
